Ok So it's Christi and is on a 2 week weigh -in. How did I do? Well Last week I was at a 6.1 pound loss. I am only at a 1.4 pound loss this week but I lost a total of 2 inches. I have increased my workouts from just a couple days of Zumba and aerobics to that plus 2 days of vigerous Pilates. OMGoodness am I sore. But this is so worth it! Until later, for those whom are following or going at this themselves, keep up the good work. We all get discouraged, don't get me wrong, I wanted to sit down and quit numerous times but I kept going. I have lost this before and know I can do it again. Each day is a new beginning and each day is a new challenge. Just always try your best to overcome them!

Morning everyone, it's Christi. So what is it that is helping motivate me? Is it that I have people reading this or is it that I have finally realized that I did this once, I can do it again? Well what ever the answer is, I LOVE IT~! Last night had another good meal. I did really well hitting my calories yesterday. Then last night the Hubby and I did the Wii Fit Plus for 2 hours together. For those of you whom are not aware of the board, it will tell you, according to it, if you have lost or gained anything. Well in 3 days from the last time I turned it on, states I have lost another 3.1 pounds. So in all honestly, let's see what the scale says tomorrow! I have another round of Pilates tonight. And oh yea and I am still sore but gotta do this! Until later.

ahhahah, so funny cu, guess who: IT" CHRISTI time! lol so anyway, still have done pretty good. Starting something new: Pilate's twice a week. First class, tonight. Will I last? we will see. if I can get on the routine I was on a few years ago, I will lose this like it's a bad habit, oh wait food is a bad habit. I can't let this weight stay here, the votes have been tallied and well, you have been evicted! So we an do this. I received an awesome inspirational message in the actual paper mail today! LUV YOU CUZ! I did a lot of thinking over the weekend, oh yea sorry for not blogging yesterday. During this time of thinking, I have noticed so many health issues that are heredity. I am stubborn enough not to get checked out cause I don't want that bad news. So when it comes time to have to have my check-up and history test, I will come with a clean bill of health. I still want to think T for coming up with this.. You can stick with it girl! you are strong willed. Until we meet again......

Good morning good morning. It's Christi. Have a full day ahead of me today. My activities will involve mowing the lawn and swimming in the pool. But before I can do that I will have a few errands and such to do. I will make sure I make time for some actual healthy food. I'm sure it will all work out without breaking my mojo. I have been on cloud nine since last Thursday's weigh in but also need to remember not to get my head to big. I have a lot of work to do! Until later/..

it's Christi! So didnt have a good day but didn't have a bad day either. All I had was a granola bar and for dinner a burrito. I was so busy didn't have time for anything. I did however sign up for a Pilates class two night a week. Let's see what this upcoming weigh in brings! Until tomorrow, Muwahhaha!
Oh yea it's a Friday in Illinois. This is Christi and I want to tell you each that although it is the weekend I will not allow it to get me down or take me off track. Yesterday was pretty good and I was pyched all day about my loss. So many possiblities to put with that loss. Yea I know excited about a loss but as in weight and BMI it's a good thing. Today will be good as well even with all the chaos that will be going on! until later. Keep up the positive thoughts that you yourself can even do it!

Welcome and good morning! it's Christi. So I guess that alcohol doesn't take that much of a tole on you if you are paying attention in all other areas and are getting off the couch! First weigh in this morning, are you ready for this? ............MINUS 6 pounds! I didn't think that would have happened! This is awesome. So my goal for the next week is to pay attention to more of my intake and to increase my exercise/activity to minimum of 4 days 1 hour each day! Until we talk later today! Keep on dropping!

It's Christi. So it's stormy here tonight and the satellite is out. That is the sign to get my tired butt up and workout! After a salad for dinner I did a 40 minute zumba workout. I am telling you what, I am so glad my cuz Tina told me about it. That program is AWESOME! I then turned on my Wii Fit Plus for 20 minutes. My workout with the Wii consisted of more yoga and strength. Ok so I have now increased my workout, although I am probably working off more of the weekend drinking then my current daily yuck. So my goal is to get up 30 minutes early in the morning to do some crunches and some other workouts. Gotta nick this in teh bud! Have a good night all and until we talk again!
Happy Tuesday, otherwise known (in my words) as Fat Tuesday, it's Christi. Yes I know that is during Mardi Gras but bare with me. I had a busy morning so far today with back to back meetings. It makes it so easy not to munch at my desk. Yogurt and granola bar for lunch and my oatmeal for breakfast. So far so good. unfortunately I have too many mtgs and back to back to take my little walk at lunch. I guess I will have to ensure that I do a little extra work out this evening. Well make sure I do a work out period.

It's Christi. Well had a so so dinner (almost all starch). I guess you would call it not good. So not sure that the 4 hours I spent in the pool and all the running around I did outside of that would have helped on the after effects. We will see. We only have 3 more wake ups until we weigh in. Have a good night.
Back to a Monday. greetings from Christi. Well did good yesterday. I didn't do so hot with the beer last night though. I am sure I messed that portion up. So i just swam quite a few laps in the pools and been doing a lot of cleaning this morning to keep me motivated. Chef salads for dinner tonight. Can't wait for Thursday morning. First weigh-in.

Well Christi here. Did awesome at the BBQ tonight. I mean at lunch time had a sandwhich plain with a few chips and dip and dinner wa a grilled chix sandwich. The positive thing is self control. I had so much exercise going wow! I forgot about some of those muscle. It felt awesome! I have more planned for today. I luv that my cuz had this great idea to blog our freedome from fat! I mean I have kept my mind on track and really notice a difference.

Wow Good morning from Christi. It seems my cuz is doing quite well. proud of you. I am sitting here drinking my coffee and reading the paper. So much to do, getting ready for my workout. The this afternoon going to the cookout and fireworks. I know I should definatelly get some workout in being that there is swimming, softball, kickball, and volleyball. I plan to ensure that I do not gorge myself at this picnic. Let's hope I can keep on my toes. Well enjoy the day and will always keep you posted.

Well...Greetings from Tina. How am I doing today? Well...lets see....GREAT!!!!! According to my count I have used 910 of my daily calories...and its only 5 pm. But I have a low calorie supper planned after Austins allstar game. I feel good...but am worried about the evening....have to make cupcakes for the 4th of July celebratation...but dont you worry....I WONT EAT ONE (TODAY). Morning all it's Christi. So it seems we both had the same problem with oversleeping. I did get some exercise in last night, about 20 minutes. I also spent about three hours chasing an 11 month old around. That was fun. lol Day 1 went pretty well. had grilled chicken on the grill and a small amount of servings on my plate from my cookout with friends last night. I was shocked. Everyone was supportive but also was making sure I was getting enough to eat. Comments were being made that it didn't seem as my servings were enough to even feed the kids.
All well they will soon understand. Onto Day 2 and starting off pretty well.

Oh man...I HATE MORNINGS LIKE THIS!!!! I didnt sleep good (up every 2 hrs) and that helped me oversleep! So overslept equals NO exercise time. But I will try for tonight...and I remember that I eat when I am bored!!! So last night I popped some popcorn and ate 2 poptarts! But I am sure I came in under the calories cap for the day... Okay day 1 is almost over for Tina. And its been a day...a classic pig-out day for me...full of stress. I have decided that I am a STRESS EATER! I eat when I am stressed. But you know what else, I am an emotional eater...I eat when I am happy, sad, depressed (OH THATS a BIG ONE!), oh heck I love to eat. But today I have exercised and had eaten only 800 calories...well...guess I Will see how it goes in the morning. I have to remember my reasons for losing weight. Until tomorrow....XOXOXO Tina
It's Christi. Wow I was tempted this morning. But did well. So when I refilled my water I did get one chocolate chip cookie. Yes actually only one. our cafeteria sells them in a pack of 2. Yay me. For lunch I am having a healthy subway sandwich and big 20oz water. Then my walk. Day one you are treating me good!
Hey ya'll its Christi. Well it's day one. Start off strong, set the alarm to get started early. hahahah not happening. actually ended up getting up late. But in the long run, plan to walk during lunch time. three times around the parking lot is a mile. Yea I can do it. Then do Zumba. Zumba is a program my cousin and I invested in. Now let's put it to work. I think with the support we give ourselves we can keep each other motivated. So far this morning done well. I have had my coffee (still drinking it) but cut back on the half the amount of creamer/sugar added.

Okay, Tina again...and I am in worse shape than I thought!!!! I was wanting to exercise for atleast 30 minutes....that would b 10 minutes for each kid. Well....ummm...okay leave me alone...I DID 5 MINUTES FOR EACH KID. But I am not going to let it get me down....gotta remember that I have to start somewhere!!!! And I am starting at 5 minutes a kid! :) And I still have my plans for my evening walk with my kiddos! Okay...heres the BAD news...figured out how much I wanna lose.....47 pounds!!!!!
