Hello all, it's Christi. So I did quite well on my dinner. I was out doing lots of errands ands still managed to get 20 minutes of workout in. Getting ready to make the treats for the cookout tomorrow. Getting excited on my meeting iwth the scale in 4 days.
Well...Greetings from Tina. How am I doing today? Well...lets see....GREAT!!!!! According to my count I have used 910 of my daily calories...and its only 5 pm. But I have a low calorie supper planned after Austins allstar game. I feel good...but am worried about the evening....have to make cupcakes for the 4th of July celebratation...but dont you worry....I WONT EAT ONE (TODAY). Morning all it's Christi. So it seems we both had the same problem with oversleeping. I did get some exercise in last night, about 20 minutes. I also spent about three hours chasing an 11 month old around. That was fun. lol Day 1 went pretty well. had grilled chicken on the grill and a small amount of servings on my plate from my cookout with friends last night. I was shocked. Everyone was supportive but also was making sure I was getting enough to eat. Comments were being made that it didn't seem as my servings were enough to even feed the kids.
All well they will soon understand. Onto Day 2 and starting off pretty well.

Oh man...I HATE MORNINGS LIKE THIS!!!! I didnt sleep good (up every 2 hrs) and that helped me oversleep! So overslept equals NO exercise time. But I will try for tonight...and I remember that I eat when I am bored!!! So last night I popped some popcorn and ate 2 poptarts! But I am sure I came in under the calories cap for the day... Soooo I am not going to let me my oversleeping get to me....bring on day 2!!!! Good luck to you! XOXOXO--Tina
