Welcome and good morning! it's Christi. So I guess that alcohol doesn't take that much of a tole on you if you are paying attention in all other areas and are getting off the couch! First weigh in this morning, are you ready for this? ............MINUS 6 pounds! I didn't think that would have happened! This is awesome. So my goal for the next week is to pay attention to more of my intake and to increase my exercise/activity to minimum of 4 days 1 hour each day! Until we talk later today! Keep on dropping!
