It's Christi. Well had a so so dinner (almost all starch). I guess you would call it not good. So not sure that the 4 hours I spent in the pool and all the running around I did outside of that would have helped on the after effects. We will see. We only have 3 more wake ups until we weigh in. Have a good night.
Back to a Monday. greetings from Christi. Well did good yesterday. I didn't do so hot with the beer last night though. I am sure I messed that portion up. So i just swam quite a few laps in the pools and been doing a lot of cleaning this morning to keep me motivated. Chef salads for dinner tonight. Can't wait for Thursday morning. First weigh-in.

Guess who....Its greetings from Tina....yeah its been a long time...been bust and now its time to get back on track!!! Whatever I had lost in the first 2-3 days...I am sure I gained it back!
