Ok So it's Christi and is on a 2 week weigh -in. How did I do? Well Last week I was at a 6.1 pound loss. I am only at a 1.4 pound loss this week but I lost a total of 2 inches. I have increased my workouts from just a couple days of Zumba and aerobics to that plus 2 days of vigerous Pilates. OMGoodness am I sore. But this is so worth it! Until later, for those whom are following or going at this themselves, keep up the good work. We all get discouraged, don't get me wrong, I wanted to sit down and quit numerous times but I kept going. I have lost this before and know I can do it again. Each day is a new beginning and each day is a new challenge. Just always try your best to overcome them!
