It's Christi. So it's stormy here tonight and the satellite is out. That is the sign to get my tired butt up and workout! After a salad for dinner I did a 40 minute zumba workout. I am telling you what, I am so glad my cuz Tina told me about it. That program is AWESOME! I then turned on my Wii Fit Plus for 20 minutes. My workout with the Wii consisted of more yoga and strength. Ok so I have now increased my workout, although I am probably working off more of the weekend drinking then my current daily yuck. So my goal is to get up 30 minutes early in the morning to do some crunches and some other workouts. Gotta nick this in teh bud! Have a good night all and until we talk again!
