Hey ya'll its Christi. Well it's day one. Start off strong, set the alarm to get started early. hahahah not happening. actually ended up getting up late. But in the long run, plan to walk during lunch time. three times around the parking lot is a mile. Yea I can do it. Then do Zumba. Zumba is a program my cousin and I invested in. Now let's put it to work. I think with the support we give ourselves we can keep each other motivated. So far this morning done well. I have had my coffee (still drinking it) but cut back on the half the amount of creamer/sugar added.
